Another beautiful work from one of our newer members at MAC forums, shiro11. This is a very nice work on the old MG RX-78-2 version 1.5 kit, unpainted, battle damaged and placed on a pro-level custom base. I like the frame of the base of the diorama as it gave a very professional feel to the presentation of the whole piece.
The weathering on the kit was very beautifully executed and the whole composition of the scene is just eye catching. I like the detail touch of putting a pilot on the ground looking up the RX as it kinda gives an impression of a conversation between him and the mecha.
The ground work is extra nice as all the shrubs and greeneries looks very much in scale with the 1/100 pilot. I love the tones of the greens blended together which looks convincingly realistic. I love this work so much, simple, straight forward and looks like a very fun build. Great stuff!
