Sacral Vault Minions Battle Engine - UNBOXING

I have here my fav resin model from Privateer Press so far! This is the Minions battle engine The Sacral Vault, arguably the best battle engine of the game ( according to local veteran players of Warmachine ) as of the moment. I love the model so much I had to squeeze time to prime and partially paint the model in between my loads of commissioned works.

The resin model comes with 3 large resin pieces that goes on top of each other, 4 resin wheels, 3 Gatormen, 1 sacrificed and beheaded human figure and tons of candles, skulls and metal tidbits. There is very minimal flash and mold lines to clean. It took me around an hour to clean and prepare for painting.

My 7 year old son loves fielding this with his Legion of Everblight against my Cryx army and I hate dedicating a Deathjack or Kraken to remove it on the table. As usual I am not finished painting this model, much like my Mammoth... this model has to wait until I finish all my commissioned works.

As usual, this Sacral vault was primed and painted with all Vallejo Acrylics.

Hope you like my quick review, until next post guys! Just enjoy the hobby! :)

The Robot Spirits Dragonar2 Custom - UNBOXING

The Robot Spirits Dragonar2 Customphoto

I've got a series of unboxing posts coming up soon. I needed to buy some photography stuffs ( lights and all ) for this series. partnered with my long time sponsor Greattoysonline.com for this series of posts. Do check out the branches of GreattoysOnline.com all over the metro ( Philippines ) or their website as they ship worldwide. Reasonable prices and guaranteed delivery everywhere.

I used to buy toys and action figures by the truck load, back when I did not have kids yet. Now that I have 3 kids, I rarely buy action figures. I tend to spend my little extra money in buying Warmachine / Hordes miniatures that I paint and play with my 7 year old son.

I cannot help but salivate whenever I see toys that I like though. I love Robots, Monsters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ghostbusters, Zombies, Trucks, DC Universe Heroes, Lord of the Rings, and Disney figures from their animated movies. So happy I get to review awesome figures available at Greattoysonline.com.

I hope the photos show the quality of the Dragonar2 Custom. I highly recommend the figure! Nice articulation, solid joints and nice paint job. Should look great with an action stand for flight poses as the backpack is too heavy to stand on it's own. Anyways, great stuff at Greattoys!

Again, do check out GreattoysOnline.com for awesome figures... they ship worldwide. Thanks as always for dropping by! Until next post guys! Just enjoy the hobby! :)

Trollkin Long Riders Trollbloods Unit - UNBOXING

Trollkin Long Riders Trollbloods Unitphoto

I have here another commissioned work that came as an unopened box, so I might as well do an unboxing post. I got this a couple of weeks ago with a few others and I am almost done painting these models. I will post my painted Long Riders here at my blog very soon.

I always love metal models from Privateer Press! The details are so nice and the weight just feels so good to play with. It just feels premium than plastic. The only downside to these models is that all the buffalo bodies are split in the middle. Meaning you have to have basic sculpting skills to fill those up with green stuff. Nothing major, you just need to recreate some fur.

I highly doubt you are reading this... as I think you are already checking out the photos, so hope you like the photos below...

Thanks as always for dropping by! Until next post guys! Just enjoy the hobby! :)
