Needless to say this entry was a delight to look at, however I did find it a tad difficult to choose between this and the sitting Sinanju by Adrian Koay. This entry won my vote eventually as I really like the overall composition of both the diorama and the photography.
This is what I mean about professional presentation, a well thought of and technically sound photograph gives a ton of justice to a well built kit and diorama. As I've said at GAF during the vote casting, This is such an eye candy visually and technically.
Aside from the very nice well built Ball and masterful execution of the diorama, The photographer / modeler complimented ALL the angles of the diorama with the angle of the Photography. Simply put, the maker captured in a photograph the beauty of the build and maximized the angles offered by all the elements in the diorama.
Congratulations to Gundam Astray DD for an astonishing job! This is a perfect Gunpla photograph to wrap up this exciting competition! Here is the link to what the other judges had to say and some photos of the other participants and finalists...
